Our full fee for service includes continental breakfast, presentation materials, certificate of completion, and/or workbook. Total investment may be paid by check, Master Card, VISA, Discover or American Express®. Invoicing subject to approval.
Advance registration is required at least ten days prior to seminar date. Cancellations permitted seven days prior to seminar, less administrative and handling fee.
Minimum class size is limited up to 20 participants for groups and participants from the same organizaton. We do offer in-house training and one-on-one private programs by request.
Group Discount: We offer specially discounted rates to organizations sending multiple delegates to the same seminar. Discounts are taken off their entire registration when booked as a group. Please contact us for our corporate rates.
Workshop Participation: Our workshops are highly participative in nature and involve experimental learning through adult learning techniques. To ensure that all participants have a full opportunity to benefit from the learning experience, attendance at the entire workshop is required.
We offer seminars, half- and full day workshops tailored to your needs. Normal registration and networking begin thirty minutes prior to program. Dress: Business Casual unless otherwise noted.
Hotel Accommodations: The registration fee does not include hotel accommodations. Upon request a list of area hotels are provided with your registration confirmation.
Special Accommodations: Please notify the appropriate training location two weeks in advance if you have any circumstances that require proper ADA accommodations.
